STOCKON 2020 CHAMPION

In a year with so many unknowns, obstacles, and restrictions, Chase Stockon didn’t let any of it stop him. With a late starting race season, he came into it with the same hope others had and that was just getting the chance to race. Fortunately, for drivers and fans the racing events were at times, epic. Car counts were higher in some areas but most tracks were restricted on how many could attend and watch their favorite sport unfold before them.

Chase Stockon, who calls Fort Branch, IN his home, became the 2020 MSCS Champion after competing in all of the MSCS races that were actually permitted to run. That isn’t to say it was an easier task for him than in years past. With two victories at Tri-State Speedway on Labor Day Weekend and the Haubstadt Hustler, his championship was wrapped up finishing 95 points in front of second place finisher and the 2019 champion Kyle Cummins.

The battle to be in victory lane at each race is difficult but finishing in the top 10 at each race is a major accomplishment. That is how Stockon was able to maintain his strong finish and reach the top prize of a championship. His consistency and unwavering purpose paid off! Congratulations to Chase Stockon and his team at KO Motorsports on the 2020 MSCS Championship!  A big thank you goes out to all drivers who competed this year and congrats to the other top nine in points.
